Optional Spacer Kit (P/N 1058): This kit is designed to reduce the factory Ford 16mm hole to 14mm, preventing rear suspension movement that can cause noise. The factory Ford chassis mount has a 16mm hole while using a 14mm bolt, which results in noise during acceleration and braking. The stepped spacers in this kit effectively reduce the hole size from 16mm to 14mm. Please note that the spacer kit is intended for use with the factory upper control arm mount. Most aftermarket mounts have the corrected 14mm hole for compatibility.
